Shuriman Shrine
The shrine that holds answers to Diana's questions and Raya's chance of traveling the world.
The stone is an ancient Targonian relic that they use for certain rituals to protect the town which is powered by Raya's staff.
Raya and her mother pass down stories of the history of this artifact which in turn has been passed down to them for centuries and has deep ties to Lunari history carved into the stone (though Raya doesn't know them as the "Lunari" until Diana comes along).

Thought it would be interesting to try and test out having Raya come from a town where it has been occupied by Noxus, where the architecture would be a mix of brutalism n circles.
Targon and Shurima have a lot of history together, what if some of their aesthetic influence sprinkled into a Shuriman town?
An ancient and mysterious black obsidian moonstone that absorbs void energy from void creatures slain (the sacrifices power its strength allowing it to protect the town and/or power Raya's staff)
Gold in the black stone if there is Targonian influence to represent Solarii gold and Lunari stone with a Shuriman sun disc in motif.
